PBX (Private Branch Exchange) is a private automatic telephone exchange used in organizations and enterprises to route internal and external phone calls. The PBX allows the creation of internal extensions for employees, provides call forwarding, conference calling, voicemail, and other communication features. Connecting additional equipment, such as various types of GSM and VoIP gateways, enables the expansion of PBX capabilities and significantly reduces communication costs. The use of modern PBX systems and IP telephony makes it easy to integrate offices and individual employees located in different parts of the world, and thanks to mobile clients installed on smartphones, staying connected around the clock is possible. With the help of a PBX, it is possible to effectively organize telephone communications within an organization, ensuring a convenient and reliable means of communication.

Modern IP-PBXs are quite compact and do not require a separate room for installation. Typically, PBXs are installed in server rooms, or in places where there is 220V/110V power and where all cable communications are connected.

Today, choosing an Analog PBX makes sense only if you have a very limited budget. In all other cases, we recommend purchasing an IP PBX (digital).

It all depends on the type of problem. If the PBX hardware fails, it can take from 1 to 3 business days. Minor problems can be solved directly on site.
